They are many elements of successful learning, these include developing pupils' enquiry skills and encouraging them to be reflective and have a keenness to achieve and be successful. Improving pupils' performance, enabling them to work with others and achieve well is part of a satisfying and happy education. Successful learning should enable pupils to make progress which reflects their interests and aspirations and encourage pupils to be articulate, literate and numerate using the key skills of communication, numeracy and Information Communication Technology. When teachers and parents ask learners, "What did you learn today?" the answer should be as much about their learning process as what pupils actually did. We aim to develop pupils' love of learning as they move through our system.
