Last week Cornelly class invited Beckwiths into their classroom to share what they have learnt about New Zealand. Cornelly had been looking at a range of different habitats found in New Zealand. They researched these carefully and built some 3d model to represent them. They then wrote a short speech about their environment. Both classes enjoyed the morning and it was lovely to see the children so enthusiastic about what they had found out. Some excellent speaking and listening skills on display as well as good use of ICT, design technology and writing skills.
