Making Shapp Scobbey every morning is throwing up lots of exciting challenges! Collecting information about who would rather not have banana/beetroot on their sandwich/cracker, working out quantities, hygiene and presentation, and taking a tally of what the customers thought of the snack-it's intense! The children are rising to the challenge and are working well under pressure.
