Sarah from the IOM Creamery came to visit two classes at our school. Reception Class and Year 5 were delighted to learn more about our local area and about how lucky we are to have dairy products from grass-fed cows. We tasted three different local cheeses and some milk as well. We also learned that the cartons that we have our school milk in is fully recyclable and is made entirely from plants. Wow!
